This is the kind of product that will allow for multiple entries to separate addresses with a unique system controlled by the mobile phone users. Reducing the need to have keyed access, might be considered by some to be a locksmith elimination product, but I disagree because you still require a lock product to secure other external doors in your home including the garage to house entry within the automatic garage door.
The use of this product, I'm sure can crossover easily to commercial applications too.
